I ordered their famous cake with wine foam called “Weinschaumtorte,” and my husband had the “Wiener Apfelstrudel” I liked the cake — it’s not a heavy dessert, rather light, but enjoyable to eat. I really liked it As for the Apfelstrudel, it wasn’t quite my taste. Thin pastry filled with warm, large apple chunks… it didn’t feel like anything special to me. I wouldn’t personally choose it as a dessert But if you’re visiting Bremen, I’d definitely recommend trying the Weinschaumtorte ”
